CWL's QUIKLINK is engineered to accommodate the demands and expansion stresses of fibrous materials such as synthetic fibre, wool, cotton, etc., and baled products for the recycling industry handling plastics, tyres, paper, cardboard and textile scrap. QUIKLINK holds the material powerfully to its compressed volume, making it easy and safe to weigh, handle and transport.
Engineered and tested for breaking stress and elongation, QUIKLINK ties supplied by CWL withstand the expansion pressures of the compressed material while in transit and perform consistently in both the machine and manual application of wire to the baled substrates.
Precision formed at the CWL Elland site, for ease in application and available in a variety of finishes, each tie has a smooth surface and there are no sharp edges to cut through the package. The pressure on the package can be monitored, as the knot gives a visual indication of the tension.
